Our Three Tier Support Model Explained

We spend a large proportion of our day on our mobile phones, our lives can be kept in our pockets, On them we work, keep up with friends, pay our bills, do our shopping, read the news, and look after our mental health?

 

Turn2Me is unique as it reaches people all over Ireland and the UK, regardless of their location, and is accessible whether you are on a laptop or mobile device, on wifi or 3G.

 

From your mobile you can access a whole host of support; laid out in a really simple 3-tiered support model.

 

Tier 1 is your tier, self support. Here you can access a wide range of articles and podcasts to learn how to maintain positive mental health.

 

Tier 2 is peer support. You can access thought catcher, a mood and thought tracker, to help you take the first steps in managing your mental health and follow and comment on other users safe in the knowledge that is monitored and moderated by our team.

 

Tier 3 is professional supports.

-Support groups, facilitated by professionals on a range of topics from Anxiety, Depression, Isolation, Work stress.

-1 to 1 Counselling with a professional, available wherever you are.

-Moodskills, an eLearning programme teaching you the skills to deal with depression.
